Camille Louise Jewellery (CLJ) is a Swiss “phygital” (physical & digital) jewellery Maison committed to transparency-by-design and excellence, adapting to the evolving demands. Founded with a passion for craftsmanship while building the future of jewellery ownership and narrative, CLJ actively contributes to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 5, 9, 10, 12, 13, and 17.


Established in 2020 by Aline d’Ambricourt and Camille Louise Merré, a mother-daughter duo and GIA-certified jewellers recognized in 2023 as “Friends” of the SDG Goals House, CLJ harnesses technology to promote circularity, enhance the consumer experience, and minimize environmental impact and carbon emissions.

Inspired by Scandinavian minimalism- reflecting 
a decade in Denmark, designed in Switzerland, and sourced globally, CLJ places exquisite stones such 
as rainbow sapphires, colorful gemstones, and diamonds at the forefront, highlighting their natural beauty.


Each piece is crafted to the highest quality standards, offering versatility and mood-enhancing qualities. Initiated in 2018 through a journey that began with Aline and Camille exploring Sri Lanka’s extraordinary gemstones, a country they lived in several time, CLJ solidified its commitment with an internship at Ratnapura’s gem-cutting center with Sapphirus Lanka Ltd , officially incorporating in Switzerland in 2020.

The maison has two distinctive collections: “One in a Trillion” and “Chromatic”. The “Trillion” cut represents the DNA signature, while honouring the “Arianna 1″ rocket shape, inspired by Aline’s father, an aerospace engineers career. The mission is to capture and amplify light through the prism, creating a captivating rainbow effect that defines the vision of beauty. The the trillion cut in CLJ’s pieces, creating a prism of rainbow hues that epitomizes the brand’s essence. Each stone is hand- selected to ensure the highest quality and is meticulously crafted with 18K recycled rose, yellow, and white gold, sourced from manufacturers who obtain recycled gold from refiners accredited by the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA).

CAMILLE LOUISE MERRÉ


is a GIA-certified jeweller, artist, and designer 
who studied design at Central St Martin’s London. She serves as the CEO & Creative Innovation Director at CLJ, bringing over a decade of experience in the luxury gemstone, jewellery, and watch industries. She’s driven by the belief that jewellery can 
be a platform for impactful change, with the integration of tech-enabled solutions focused on transparency, inclusivity, and circularity.
 

A visionary entrepreneur and creative innovator, driving the future of luxury with over a decade of experience in world-leading, multi-million-dollar luxury companies. Previously, Camille worked at Cartier as the International Innovation Manager, leading projects in emerging technology (Web3 & Blockchain) and sustainability. Camille is also a respected thought leader, having spoken at the World Economic Forum Davos 2023 as the youngest invitee & panelist: HEC, Columbia University, EHL, Metaverse Summit, and soon, LEAP in Saudi Arabia.

Engaged with global leaders on “Women’s Leadership: Web3 & Metaverse.She’s a Forbes 30 Under 30 EU candidate 24’, dedicated to further perfecting her leadership skills and empowering more women to pursue entrepreneurship.Camille’s academic credentials include an MA in Management & Marketing from Regent’s University London, Chartered Management Institute (Level 7) accred. and certification in IMD Luxury.

ALINE D’AMBRICOURT


is an esteemed artist, musician, and entrepreneur with over 30 years of international experience, blending a legacy of artistic excellence with innovative leadership. A former professional soloist who performed over 200 recitals for prestigious audiences—including the Danish and Belgian Royal Families—Aline has built an illustrious career as a harpsichordist and cultural advocate. She produced the acclaimed documentary Scarlatti the Timeless, aired on WDR1, and successfully received sponsorship from banks and NGOs to support her music productions and films.

As Co-Founder and CEO of Camille Louise Jewellery (CLJ) and AtriaGem Labs, Aline leads the digital transformation of the jewellery industry. Together with her daughter, Camille Merré, she founded CLJ, a Swiss brand revolutionizing jewellery with a focus on sustainability, ethical sourcing, and Web 4.0 craftsmanship. Their designs seamlessly integrate physical and digital elements and align with Sustainable Development Goals 5, 9, 12, 13, and 17.

In addition to her artistic and business achievements, Aline was the Founder and President of the Foundation for Craftsmanship, Heritage, and Music in Geneva, Switzerland. This foundation champions cultural preservation and education, funding impactful projects such as building schools in Mexico and Cambodia. She holds a Scientific BAC, underscoring her diverse background and dedication to interdisciplinary excellence. She is a speaker and panelist at prestigious institutions sharing her insights on entrepreneurship, heritage, craftsmanship at the crossroads of innovation.

Camille alma matter, Regent’s University London during her MA Management (Marketing) was selected to take part in this year’s Clinton Global Initiative University (CGI U) – a prestigious student leadership programme initiated by President Bill Clinton and the Clinton Foundation.

The year-long programme is designed to empower the next generation of student leaders who have innovative ideas for tackling the world’s most pressing social impact and challenge students to become successful commitment-makers.
