Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders are processed the same day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. All items are made to order. Please allow up to 4–8 weeks for your custom order to ship. Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with the shipping tracking number.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rate is calculated automatically at the time of check out. Delivery is expected within 4–8 weeks once order is produced and available to ship.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES
Camille Louise Jewellery does ship internationally, if you would like to make a purchase outside of Switzerland and from the countries listed* in the payment section, please contact us at info@camillelouise-jewellery.com and we will have a sales representative contact you with additional details including shipping fees, expected delivery, etc.
*For shipments outside of Switzerland, please note that the International Shipping fee is not inclusive of any customs or import duties and taxes that could be applied to your order when the package reaches your destination. International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax and customs duty (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery.
Please note, refused or unclaimed international orders will not be eligible for refund. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.
DAMAGED OR EFFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@camillelouise-jewellery.com. In the case of damage incurred during shipment, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery in order to initiate the return process. If your purchase becomes faulty at a later date, please email info@camillelouise-jewellery.com for review, including your order number and purchase date, a detailed description of the damage, and photos.

RETURNS POLICY
All custom pieces and special orders are final sales. Camille Louise Jewellery does not accept returns or exchanges.

We attempt to be as accurate as possible and eliminate errors on this Site; however, We do not warrant that any product, service, description, photograph, pricing or other information is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. In the event of an error, whether on this Site, in an order confirmation, in processing an order, delivering a product or service or otherwise, We reserve the right to correct such error and revise your order accordingly if necessary (including charging the correct price) or to cancel the order and refund any amount charged.
Your sole remedy in the event of such error is to cancel your order and obtain a refund. All items are subject to availability and We reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order and to discontinue products or services without notice, even if you have already placed your order. All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products and/or services which the sale or use of such product and/or service in your state or jurisdiction is restricted or prohibited.
