SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS
Orders are processed the same day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. All items are made to order. Please allow up to 4–8 weeks for your custom order to ship. Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with the shipping tracking number.

- Refunds: We have a strict no-refund policy unless a piece is deemed damaged or faulty upon arrival.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item due to a size on full-priced jewellery, we take case by case to review the options.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please notify our team via email at info@camillelouise-jewellery.com within 7 business days of receiving your order. Returns requested outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
Once your return is received at the Camille Louise showroom, it will be reviewed and processed for an exchange if accepted.
Return Shipping
- All return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a secure, pre-paid, and traceable postage method for all returns, as Camille Louise Jewellery cannot be held liable for lost or stolen parcels.
