SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS
Orders are processed the same day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. All items are made to order. Please allow up to 4–8 weeks for your custom order to ship. Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with the shipping tracking number.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping is free on every order, worldwide. For shipments outside of Switzerland, customs or import duties and taxes may apply when the package reaches its destination; these are the responsibility of the recipient.
PAYMENT
We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Klarna, SEPA and cryptocurrency. To pay in crypto, choose “Pay with crypto” at checkout and select your cryptocurrency in the secure xMoney (formerly Utrust) payment widget. Prices are shown in CHF.
RETURNS POLICY
All sales are final. Each piece is made to order for you, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If anything arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@camillelouise-jewellery.com.
